Shipping Policy

Domestic orders:

• As soon as the order is received we will start the process of shipping. It will take 2-3 days to dispatch, in some orders it can take 5-6 days to dispatch also. We will update you as soon as it is dispatched. Tracking details will be shared with you.
• Customized orders will take 15-20 days at least to dispatch. This time can extend due to covid restrictions.
• Shipping time for all the orders can extend due to covid restrictions, as we need to abide with the government rules and regulations.

International orders:

• It will take 3-4 days to dispatch international orders. We will share tracking details with you as soon as the order is shipped. Please whatsapp on 91 8826121117 for international orders.
• Customized orders will take 15-20 days at least to dispatch. This time can extend due to covid restrictions.

Duties and taxes for Domestic and International orders:

• Prices mentioned are inclusive of all the charges, like GST and shipping in India
• Shipping charges are extra for International orders and will depend on the weight of the consignment
• For international orders, import duties or custom charges and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival at the destination country. This varies from country to country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, Vibrant colors by Nidhi will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not provide any refund in such cases.
