Terms and Conditions

Exchanges and returns: 

 

In 2 days except the following: 

  1. Products perishable in nature
  2. Gift Certificates
  3. Items that have been used or opened
  4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
  6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is an extremely remote possibility that:

* the item may be damaged during transit

* or there might be a manufacturing defect

* or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. After you receive our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will provide you with the return address. Once we receive the product. It will be checked and then we will arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation. The items received without our confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • No returns or refunds due to color expectation mismatch
  • No returns or refunds due to not reading the description carefully before placing the order
  • No refunds and returns due to not checking the pictures properly
  • No Returns, refunds and exchanges, if the buyer does not understand the fabric. 

 

 

Wash and care of the Garment:

  • All our garments are DRY CLEAN only. We would not be responsible for any damage to the garment if the washing instruction is not followed.
  • Reverse iron only.

Dark colours like Indigo, Blue, green, red, magenta, maroon can bleed. Please follow the wash care instructions.

Sizing: 

  • The fit of the ready-made garment depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit while some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide on the product page before ordering the ready-made garment, to select the size best suited to you. Please note that none of the ready-made garments will have margins. 
  • All the unstitched garments are of standard width unless specified.

Pricing:

  • Pricing of our products is subject to our policy and we have the sole discretion to determine our prices. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Additionally, the prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Our Return Policy:

* The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact. It should be completely unused

* The return shipment is to be borne by the customer as we do not have reverse pickup facility.

* In case of Exchange of Product, we provide a store credit which can be utilized anytime within 6 months from the date of issue.

* Return or exchange are not applicable on discounted products or promotional campaigns.

* Replacement request must be made within 2 days of purchase and must not be part of above list

* In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

* In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.vibrantcolorsbynidhi.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Return or Refund policy for International Orders

  • Please note orders received from overseas and shipped overseas are not eligible for returns/ refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges due to size issues in ready-made garments

  • Please pick your size carefully, you can WhatsApp us or dm on Instagram to discuss the size, we will assist you to get the perfect fit, however still in case of issue with the size, please write to us with the order number on the email or WhatsApp or dm on Instagram within 2 days of the receipt. Any request after 2 days will not be taken. 2 days includes working and non-working days. We will exchange it with the size you require with an additional charge of Rs.150 per product (This is for reverse pickup and re sending the required size). If for any reason the requested size is not available, we will issue you store credit, which will have 6 months validity from the date of issue.

 

Eligible for return:

  • Your Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof a purchase.
  • If it is damaged or there is some defect.

NOTE:

* Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Please read the conditions of the refund carefully: 

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final. We will issue a credit amount of the item, and you can use it to buy any item of your choice of the same amount in the 6 months of time from the date of issue.
  • If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
  • 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products.
  • For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.
  • If the exchange product is not available due to defect or size issue, we will issue you the store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • There is no refund to the bank account or credit card. Refunds are issued as store credits only.

Cancellation Policy
